So beautiful. I'm sorry to hear about your Thanksgiving day. That does stink. It's too bad we can't pick and choose the times our loved ones decide to lose it. I've been reading some very uplifting books to keep me focused. I love the book by Glenn Beck, the Christmas Sweater, The Christmas Carol (Scrooge). And I'm reading Elder Busche's book "Yearning For The Living God". Excellent books to keep focused. My other fave movie this time of year is It's A Wonderful Life. So inspiring. I'm so glad you got to go with the Weisenberger's and that they were inspired to invite you along, so you could feel Parker's presence and feel uplifted and loved. God bless.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999475560207677549.post-40259804457579692772010-12-09T22:36:00.156-07:002010-12-09T22:36:00.156-07:00I think about your family often. I don't really have a good reason- just not 'feeling' it. Maybe I need to get myself to one of those performances so I can feel the Joy of the Season too.Cynthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15300459671364768442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999475560207677549.post-54615253145014744282010-12-09T13:35:42.769-07:002010-12-09T13:35:42.769-07:00I have felt the same way about Christmas this year...I have felt the same way about Christmas this year. I'm so sorry you're hurting, yet I LOVE to hear that you are feeling Porter there with you and that you have so many people who love you and support you.
I would imagine this season will bring additional heartache along with blessings. I just hope the blessings help soften the hurt.
Sending love!!!LLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07168367904926813463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999475560207677549.post-15426810879238569682010-12-09T13:32:53.712-07:002010-12-09T13:32:53.712-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.LLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07168367904926813463noreply@blogger.com
